The Linq and Harrah's has the linq promenade which has a bunch of restaurants, but some of them are closed after the u2 show.

Grab a taxi out of the airport those are flat fees, and shouldn't cost you more than thirty to forty bucks. They're all within walking distance and easily walkable, but the Venetian is closer as it's attached to the sphere.

Stay at either The Linq, Harrah's or the Venetian.
